GlowinHer began nearly two decades ago with a simple, quiet conviction held by our founder: that a woman's comfort, rest, and pleasure are not indulgences — they are essentials. As a woman building a business in an industry that rarely spoke to women's real needs, she set out to change that, one thoughtfully designed product at a time.

It started small — a search for the perfect silk pillowcase, one gentle enough for sensitive skin and beautiful enough to feel like a daily ritual rather than a chore. That search became a mission. Over the years that followed, our founder immersed herself in the world of mulberry silk, working directly with artisans and mills to understand every gram, every weave, every finish that separates the ordinary from the exceptional.

As the brand grew, so did its purpose. Conversations with women — customers, friends, and strangers alike — revealed a shared, often unspoken truth: self-care was too often treated as an afterthought, and pleasure as something to feel quietly ashamed of. GlowinHer was reshaped around a bolder belief — that true self-care spans both the peaceful moments of rest and the joyful moments of intimacy, and that no woman should have to choose between comfort and confidence, or between modesty and pleasure.

What began as one woman's search for a better pillowcase has grown into a curated collection trusted by women who value quality, privacy, and a brand that finally speaks their language.

Along the way, we have stayed close to our roots: a female-founded, female-led company that listens first and designs second. Every product is tested against one question — would we be proud to gift this to a woman we love? If the answer isn't an unreserved yes, it doesn't carry the GlowinHer name.
